The website itself isn’t bad but at times it feels a little too cluttered. It is a case of information overload and when you are presented with so much text it is hard to take any of it in. Pre-talk is where the hypnotherapist describes the methods and goals of the session. Having bought the session I felt like I already knew why I had bought it and did not need to waste five minutes being told this. Besides this though I had no complaints.
